12x12 Challenge Layout

Here is my entry!

Your Paper Pantry... where crafters of all ages can come together and share their love of scrappy happiness!

http://yourpaperpantry.ning.com/

This is my second layout of any kind that I have done. Last year I did a 12x12 of my Mother. This project started out as a layout that I wanted to hang on my craftroom wall but within minutes I changed my mind and made this for my sister. She loves to sew and I thought this would be a nice addition to her sewing room!

Flaxseed Bread Machine Bread

This is a great bread! Add a handful of sunflower seeds if you're a seed lover!

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsps butter, softened
3 tbsps honey
11/2 cups bread flour
11/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp active dry yeast ( I use the small packets )
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in your bread machine (except sunflower seeds) pan, in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic white cycle; press start. Add the sunflower seeds when the alert sounds during the knead cycle.

Enjoy!

Sweet Girl Card

I just finished a card I made for a very sweet little girl!
I started with plain card stock, inked the edges with Tim Holtz vintage photo. Glued a doilie on front to back, and used ruby stickles on the edge. Made little tags out of cupcake card stock, inked the edges and added pink ribbon. I used gold thickers for the letters and added a special sentiment to the bottom of the card.

Craftroom Sign

Hello crafters!
I can't beleive it's January the 7th already! I haven't posted since before Christmas! But I have been busy! I finally made a hanging sign for my craftroom. I have wanted to make one for so long! I'm happy to write that I'm done and my husband helped hang it for me last night. I think it turned out very pretty.
