Birthday Card

Here is a birthday card I made for my Mother. The paper I used is from Graphic 45, Curtain Call. The sheet of paper I used is called "Top Billing" I used this particular paper because of the fashionable lady posing in her 20's style clothes. It reminds me so much of my Mother.

Guacamole Recipe

I love guacamole and if you do to then you'll love this recipe!

Ingredients:

• 2-3 Avocados
• 1-2 Tomatoes, Diced and Seeded
• Small white or red onion, diced
• Bunch of Cilantro or Parsley, Chopped
• 1 Chili, Finely Diced
• 1/4 cup Lime Juice (or more if you like)
• Coarse Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Fork the avocados. Don't smash them, which will turn your guacamole mushy.
Gently mix in the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
This recipe makes about two cups of guacamole.
Serve with tortillas chips.
